1. Eligibility for Refund
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an incorrect product
- The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Free return shipping is available for eligible damaged or incorrect item returns on orders above ₹1,000.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Customized or made-to-order products
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Color or design variations caused by screen display differences
